Fertilizers

Select product:

Granulated POTASH SALT is obtained from unrefined potash salts the main ingredient of which is potassium chloride. It is white or brownish-red coloured (granulated or powdered). It is almost thoroughly water soluble and can be mechanically sown. It does not absorb humidity from the surroundings, but if stored in bulk a firm crust forms on the surface. Potash salt is a typical pre- sowing fertilizer to be used for winter and green crops, except those which are sensitive to chlorine.

Quality parameters:

  • contents: potassium oxide (K2O)
  • granules : 1 mm – 4mm – min. 80.0% (m/m)

Packaging, storing:

  • 50-kilo- white PE- bags / colour overprinted and heat-sealed
  • 500-kilo-PP-big bags with a PE insert with a fertilizer information pocket sewn in
  • this fertilizer should be stored in dry and airy places
  • storage in piles up to 12 layers, while being shipped – up to 10, storage and shipment in bulk allowed
  • when shipped or stored – relevant rules should be observed
  • bags should be carried by two people

Use:

Potash salt is a pre-sowing fertilizer. The recommended dispersal time is at least 2-3 weeks before crop sowing and it should be mixed with the cultivation soil layer at a depth of max. 20 cm. The earlier potash salt dispersal time makes it possible for chlorine to be leeched from the layer of soil in which the basic parts of the crop root system develop. For green crops the fertilizer should be used before vegetation starts, after the first swath, and in the case of pastures – not later than three weeks before grazing begins. The whole dose should be divided into twp parts. The size of potassium fertilizer doses depends on a few factors, such as crops nutritional requirements, abundance of assimilable potassium in the soil and yield expectancy. The recommended potash salt doses should be supplemented with the appropriate amount of potassium and nitrogen fertilizers applied in due time and amount for a given crop.

Precautions:

The fertilizer could be a harmful product in the case of swallowing. If so happens see the doctor immediately. Air passages should be protected when prolonged manual work is involved. In case the fertilizer gets in your eyes, rinse them with a lot of clean water and see the doctor.

AMMONIUM NITRATE – NH4NO3 is obtained by combining ammonia with nitrous acid. It comes in white pearly granules. The colour may very depending on the kind of anticaking agent added. It is a highly hygroscopic product, readily soluble in water and easy to assimilate by crops. Nitrogen comes both in the ammonium form and the nitrate one. Apart from the high nitrogen content, the double form of the element makes ammonium nitrate a universal fertilizer. The product should be well protected against polluting and overheating.

Quality parameters:

  • nitrogen total content: 34% (including 17% of the nitrate and 17% of the ammonium)
  • oil retention – below 4%
  • flammable components: below 0.2% (m/m)
  • pH: at least 4.5
  • grain size: 1-4 mm: min. 95%
  • chlorine (Cl): max. 0.02% (m/m)
  • copper content: up to 10 mg/kilo

Packaging, storing:

  • 50-kilo- white PE- bags / colour overprinted and heat-sealed
  • 500-kilo-PP-big bags with a PE insert with a fertilizer information pocket sewn in
  • this fertilizer should be stored in dry places, well protected from
  • precipitation, ground water, organic substances and fire
  • storage in piles up to 12 layers, while being shipped – up to 10, storage and shipment in bulk allowed
  • when shipped or stored – relevant rules should be observed
  • bags should be carried by two people

Use:

Ammonium Nitrate basically meets nutritional requirements of all crops and can be used for all soils. To be dispersed both before sowing or planting and as top dressing. Doses exceeding crop nutritional requirements are not recommended due to the nitrogen form leeching losses. In the case of overfertilization, the bad thing is the excessive growth of the vegetative parts of the crop before winter. Ammonium nitrate should be used in two or more doses from early spring on. When used for alkaline soils, it should be mixed with soil in order to avoid nitrogen losses resulting from nitrogen oxidation.

Precautions:

The fertilizer could be a harmful product in the case of swallowing. If so happens see the doctor immediately. Air passages should be protected when prolonged manual work is involved. In the case of fire, air passages and eyes should be protected. The fertilizer is a fire strengthening oxidizing substance. Combined with inflammable substances or heated, it could be explosive. When caked, it should not be broken up with metal tools.

MULTICOMPONENT FERTILIZER 10/19/25 +6S -NPK 10-19-25 + 6S is a ternary mineral fertilizer to be used when cultivating field crops, suitable especially for soils deficient in assimilable potassium. It can be effectively used for all field and green crops. Its composition makes it especially suitable for winter crops and rape cultivation It comes in regular pink granules which do not cake durably.

Quality parameters:

NPK 10-19-25 + 6S” contains 10% of nitrogen (N) + 19% of phosphorus (P2O5))) + 26% of potassium (K2O), 6% of sulphur. Nitrogen is in the form of ammonium, phosphorus is in the form of monoammonium phosphate and potassium – in the form of chloride potash salt containing 60% of K2O. The fertilizer is unballasted and its nutrients are easy for plants to assimilate because it is composed of readily soluble high percentage components. Being granulated, the fertilizer shows good dispersing properties and its chemical composition enhances crop rooting and proper growth after shooting up, increases crop resistance and improves crop quality.

Packaging, storing:

  • 50-kilo- white PE- bags / colour overprinted and heat-sealed
  • 500-kilo-PP-big bags with a PE insert with a fertilizer information pocket sewn in
  • this fertilizer should be stored in dry and airy places

NPK 4-17-27 is a complex fertilizer which satisfies all nutritional requirements of plants supplying nitrogen in the ammonium form, phosphorus in the monoamonium phosphate form and potassium in the form of chloride potash salt. The presence of calcium and magnesium makes it physiologically inert and it does not impair the soil’s chemical properties. The granulated form, in which it comes, proves to have good solubility and dispersal qualities, and the content of microelements makes it a basic element of comprehensive crop cultivation. NPK 4-17-27 belongs to the group of fertilizers of high concentration of nutrients. The ratios of particular ingredients make it possible to determine the appropriate doses, the soil bio-availiability and the crop nutritional requirements considering. It is a typical pre-sowing fertilizer. The nitrogen, of which the fertilizer consists, acts as a starting dose so it should be supplemented while the crop is growing. It is necessary to mix it with the soil to a depth of 10 – 15 centimeters. How big a fertilizer dose is depends on the crop nutritional requirements, the amount of assimilable phosphorus and potassium in the soil and yield expectancy.

Use:

  • AMMONIUM PHOSPHATE , due to its phosphorus content nearly two and a half times bigger than that of nitrogen, is a pre-sowing fertilizer. Except for very acidified soil, it can be used for all types of soil. It is recommended that it should be mixed with soil at a depth of c.15 cm. The N : P250 component ratio suggests using it for phosphorus-deficient soil. Its use is particularly advisable for winter crops.
  • When setting the nutrient doses, only phosphorus, being the main ingredient, should be taken into consideration.
  • How big phosphoric fertilizer doses are depends on a few factors. They are : nutritional requirements of plants, the abundance of assimilable phosphorus in the soil and yield expectancy. When cultivating phosphorus-poor and very poor- phosphorus soil, doses should be increased by 50%. FA 12/52 could be supplemented with the appropriate amount of potassium and nitrogen fertilizers applied in due time for a given crop.

Precautions:

  • The fertilizer could be a harmful product in the case of swallowing. If so happens see the doctor immediately. Air passages should be protected when prolonged manual work is involved. In case the fertilizer gets in your eyes, rinse them with a lot of clean water and see the doctor.
